Nineteen closings led Darien's residential real estate results for the week ending today.
Results in major real estate categories, according to the Darien MLS, were:
-- Eight new listings of property for sale;
-- Eight price changes;
-- Seven accepted offers;
-- 15 properties going under contract, and
-- 19 closings.
