Merritt Village Owner Appeals Six Conditions
The owner contends the conditions have no legal or factual basis.

NEW CANAAN, CT — The owner of the Merritt Apartments is appealing some conditions set by the town officials for the 110-unit Merritt Village proposed complex.
Some conditions being appealed include dealing with the Maple Street Cemetery, underground parking and fencing, according to the New Canaanite.
The owners argue that the conditions have no legal or factual basis and should be removed.
