New Canaan Community Foundation and Stamford Health to Join the NC Color Run

The New Canaan High School Scholarship Foundation (NCSF) is delighted to announce that New Canaan Community Foundation is sponsoring the orange color station and Stamford Health is sponsoring the red color station for the NC Color Run on April 28. Students and adults of all ages will run/walk in either the Kids’ Color Dash, which is .8 miles, or the NC Color Run, 5K. Both events will be held at New Canaan High School and will feature seven color stations along the route where volunteers will blast participants with a powdered washable paint. There will be food and a D.J. to celebrate at the start/finish line.

William Egan, New Canaan High School Principal, and Chairman of NCSF states, “The New Canaan Community Foundation and Stamford Health are new to sponsor this year’s NC Color Run, and we are excited to join forces with them. The NC Color Run will be an incredibly fun event for all ages. We are hoping the entire New Canaan community will participate and come together as a community while raising funds for this important cause. All proceeds from the NC Color Run will to the NCSF”.
