Neighbors Complain of Blight on New Canaan Property
The property has a number of full trash bags that have sat in the yard for weeks, neighbors reported to town officials.
A Summer Street property must be cleaned-up by Dec. 28 or else the owner will get an official warning from the town.
The home at 183 Summer St. was visited by town officials along with the owner and tenants, according to the New Canaanite.
Neighbors reported that the property has been in significant decline for the past few years. Household garbage bags have been left in the yard for weeks. The were torn apart by vermin.
