From New Canaan Basketball Association: NEW CANAAN, CT — The 2017-2018 season got off to a great start for the 6 Red team, with an exciting 38-35 victory over Westport.
After several lead changes in the 4th quarter that left the Rams holding a 1 point lead with 8 seconds remaining, Cole Wilson coolly and calmly hit 2 free throws to ice the game. Spencer Kuzin led the offensive charge and registered a double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds, while Bill Roscoe contributed 6 points for the Rams.
On the defensive end, Jake Somma, Luke Bopp, and Ryan Moore all had multiple steals, and Jack Sconziano manned the boards with 7 rebounds.
