New Canaan BOE Makes Final Budget Request
The request trimmed some money from the superintendent's ask, but would still result in an increase.

The New Canaan Board of Education approved its final budget request for the 2016-2017 year.
The request is $1.5 million less than what the superintendent asked for, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
New Canaan Public Schools’ health insurance reserves will be replenished by the town, which facilitated the removal of $1.5 million from the budget ask.
