New Canaan Building, Parking Lot for Sale Downtown

NEW CANAAN, CT—The building at 140 Main Street known as the "Telephone Co. Building" is up for sale and that could make parking tighter in town.

New Canaan leases 18 parking spaces at the property, according to the New Canaanite.
First Selectman Robert Mallozzi said it was a wake-up call.

The Locust Avenue proposed parking project is still about two years away from completion.
