New Canaan Businessmen Golf for Maritime Aquarium
The supporters raised more than $150,000 for the aquarium's educational programs.
More than 100 area business professionals raised a record $156,475 to support the environmental education programming at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk during the Aquarium’s 5th annual Maritime Golf Classic.
The classic was held Oct. 5 at Wee Burn Country Club in Darien.
Among the foursomes were, from left, Bill Buchanan of New Canaan; Rick Kleeman of Rowayton; and Mark Schoenholtz and Morten Arntzen, both of New Canaan. Arntzen is an Aquarium trustee.
