Editor's note: We previously ran this story, here it is again in case you missed it.

From the New Canaan Chamber of Commerce:
New Canaan's 51st Annual Village Fair and Sidewalk Sale will kick off on Friday July 15th with local merchants bringing the bargains out on the sidewalks for all those “early bird” shoppers. Saturday the 16th will be the traditional fair which offers local residents and regional visitors an action packed, bargain filled, entertaining, and delicious way to spend a summer day in one of the most charming towns in Connecticut. Elm, Main and Forest Streets will be closed to vehicular traffic creating a safe, family friendly “Pedestrian Mall” where visitors will be able to check out 120+ vendors & organizations, including 27 who are new to the New Canaan Sidewalk Sale. All of the merchants will be offering incredible deals and unique products alongside many of New Canaan's favorite non-profit groups who will highlight all the services and fundraising they provide the community.

Karl Chevrolet and the New Canaan YMCA have once again teamed up to offer “Adventure Entertainment”. Look for the 4-station bungee jump where Elm & Main meet. You will be able to take photos with your friends at New England Selfie booth which will also be at the Elm/Main intersection. Additional entertainment will include The Great Scirico, who will mesmerize kids with magic tricks and balloon animals courtesy of People’s United Bank. Amazing Face Art will be back under the Chamber Tent. Bankwell will once again be bringing the “Money Machine” which is always a crowd pleaser. And don’t miss the CT Open display where you will be able to enjoy an interactive tennis experience. The Music starts at Noon with The Town Band, followed by The School of Rock and Cluster Funk. Don’t worry about going hungry, the Pop Up Park will converted into a “Food Court” with offerings from three unique local eateries.
