New Canaan Chamber Music To Present Concert Under The Stars

NEW CANAAN, CT — New Canaan Chamber Music will host a concert under the stars Tuesday night in Waveny Park.

According to the chamber's Facebook page, the concert will feature New Canaan's own Andrew Armstrong and Grammy-nominated violinist Tessa Lark.

The performance, "Bach to Bluegrass," will be held at the Summer Theatre of New Canaan inside the park and begin at 7:30 p.m.

The concert will showcase music by Bach, Chopin and more, as well as original and traditional bluegrass selections, according to the chamber.

Tickets, which are currently on sale, are for open field seating. While the VIP and preferred ticket section includes a chair with each ticket, those who purchase general admission tickets are asked to bring their own lawn chair or blankets.
