NEW CANAAN, CT — A New Canaan commercial building at a combined address of 1-2 Morse Court and 125-127 Main Street was recently sold for $3,425,000, announced Al Mirin, Kate Schwartz and Matthew Torrance of Cushman & Wakefield's Capital Markets Group.
The property, located in the heart of downtown New Canaan, is a 5,612± square foot retail and office building. It is currently 100 percent leased, according to the brokers.
