New Canaan Fire Department Welcomes New Firefighter
The New Canaan Fire Department recently welcomed its newest firefighter.
NEW CANAAN, CT — The New Canaan Fire Department welcomed Chris Issacs, the department's newest firefighter, during a recent ceremony.
According to a post on the town's Facebook page, Issacs started volunteering with the New Canaan Fire Company No. 1 in October 2010.
Issacs was hired by the NCFD on Aug. 27 and completed a 15-week training program at the Connecticut Fire Academy on Dec. 10, according to the post.
