New Canaan Gingerbread House Kit Reservations Open Nov. 17
The Holiday Stroll program places 150 gingerbread houses in windows across town, with kit pickup scheduled for Friday, Nov. 20.
New Canaan families can reserve gingerbread house kits for the 2026 Holiday Stroll starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, through the chamber website. The New Canaan Chamber of Commerce announced the reservation date for the program, which places 150 gingerbread houses in windows across town.
The kits are a gift to the community from the New Canaan office of Brown Harris Stevens, according to the chamber. Participants must pick up their kits Friday, Nov. 20, at the Brown Harris Stevens office at 93 Cherry St.
The houses must be delivered to their assigned locations between Monday, Nov. 30, and Thursday, Dec. 3. The chamber advises interested families to set a reminder, noting that all kits are typically claimed within an hour of reservations opening.
