New Canaan Hires Former Wilton CFO To Interim Post
She has been hired for a two-month stint.
NEW CANAAN, CT — The town this month hired Sandra Dennies, former CFO for the Town of Wilton, as New Canaan's interim Chief Financial Officer, a two-month position while officials look for a permanent CFO.
She will be taking over for New Canaan's current CFO Dawn Norton who will be retiring soon, reports the New Canaan Advertiser.
New Canaan's CFO position will be posted in the coming days or weeks, and it will carry an annual salary of at least $150,000, according to First Selectman Rob Mallozzi III. Dennies is expected to be a candidate for the permanent position.
