From The Town of New Canaan: On Wednesday, February 8th New Canaan Town Hall will be holding a community forum called 'Building Family Resilience in a World of Booze, Bongs, and Benzos'. Families will be able to discuss teen drinking and other abusive behaviors teenagers exhibit.
