New Canaan Man Charged with Threatening Family
The Vitti Street man was arrested after his wife reported that he was acting in a threatening manner.
A 43-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly threatened his family.
A 40-year-old woman went to the police station on June 22 to report that she was being intimidated and threatened by her husband over the past few previous days, police said.
She told officers that the night before he said he would hurt the children if it meant hurting her.

Police went to the Vitti Street home and spoke with the man, who was taken into custody and charged with second-degree threatening.
