New Canaan Marketplace Construction to Start

The Pine Street Concessions marketplace is set to open in early 2016.

Construction of a new marketplace in New Canaan will begin in October with the pouring of a foundation.

According to a NewCanaanite.com article, the planned Pine Street Concessions marketplace will start taking shape with the steel skeleton of the structure going up after the foundation is laid.

The opening of what is described as a Grand Central-style marketplace has been delayed until early 2016 because of the environmental cleanup, NewCanaanite.com reported.
