“We are so excited to partner with these two amazing women, experts in their field, and offer our community the opportunity to learn, unwind and develop strategies to cope within our ever changing and challenging world. Horses are intuitive and help us to understand our connection to mind, body, and focus. The relationship and connection between horse and rider, which will be one discussion point, carries through to non-riders relationships as well through a centered approach to wellness,” explains Sara Tucker, Executive Director, NCMT.

“We are thrilled to partner with NCMT to benefit this special organization and support community wellness. Both of us dedicate our lives to guiding, instructing, and promoting the wellness of our clients and community. We have worked together for 8 years running Adina's business, BREATHE Pilates & Yoga, located in Chappaqua, NY. On March 15th, we pivoted and converted that business into a virtual platform and seamlessly transitioned into virtual classes to continue supporting our students. We are so excited to create this exclusive event with NCMT which will meld the virtual and "real" experiences into one concurrent presentation. We firmly believe in the ripple effect of health and positivity: wellness is contagious and we are here to spread it,” explain Erinn and Adina.
