New Canaan Neighbors Worry About Aquarion Land Development

Neighbors are worried about a plan to develop Aquarion land on Indian Waters Drive land parcel.

The land is wooded and hasn’t been touched in a long time, according to the New Canaanite.

Neighbors are concerned about construction vehicles on the narrow private road. The road is only 13-feet-wide in some spots.

Aquarion plans to subdivide its land. One neighbor wants to purchase 8.3 acres.

The street has 15 homes and owners sign deeds that promise they will not allow access to developers.
