New Canaan Officials Question Outback Building Assessment Bills
One assessment showed serious structural issues while another showed relatively minor ones.

NEW CANAAN, CT—The town has been charged a total of $32,000 for two separate assessments of the former Teen Outback Center building, but some officials wonder if the town is obligated to pay.
The original general contractor of the building AP Construction charged the town $14,137 visits after another firm reported the building has some serious structural deficiencies, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
