The town has hired someone on an interim basis.

NEW CANAAN, CT—A woman hired to be the next parking superintendent in town backed out before she started.
Parking Bureau administrative assistant Stacy Miltenberg will be the interim head, according to the New Canaanite. She was previously an NYPD officer for 20 years and then became an officer in New Canaan before moving to parking.
A reason for Robin Pulsifer backing out of the job wasn't given. She was one of 27 applicants and eight interviewees.
