New Canaan Police To Host Food Drive
New Canaan police will host a food drive to benefit the New Canaan Food Pantry later this month.
NEW CANAAN, CT — The New Canaan Department will host a food drive June 25 to benefit the New Canaan Food Pantry.
In a Facebook post, police said the food drive will take place at ACME Markets, located at 288 Elm Street, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Items needed include chicken broth, canned chicken, canned chili, diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, pasta sauce, salsa, cereal, canned fruit, toothbrushes and toothpaste.

"We encourage members of the community to come out and help support the cause," police said on Facebook.
