New Canaan Public And Private Schools Cancel Classes Monday
A major snow storm is headed our way Monday and Tuesday.
NEW CANAAN, CT — New Canaan Public Schools has canceled classes for Monday, Feb. 1, due to the inclement weather expected to sweep through Connecticut overnight, district officials announced.
District offices also will be closed Monday. Additionally, New Canaan Country School and St. Luke's School in New Canaan also canceled classes Monday due to the pending storm.
"Sledding, hot chocolate, and fun is on the schedule," said Schools Superintendent Bryan Luizzi on Twitter. "Zooming is not. Stay safe and warm and have a wonderful day!"
