New Canaan resident, Greg Smith, joins KEYS Board of Directors

KEYS (Kids Empowered by Your Support) welcomes New Canaan resident, Greg Smith, to the KEYS Board of Directors.

KEYS (Kids Empowered by Your Support), which provides free, in-school, virtual, and ensemble music instrument instruction to Bridgeport, CT students, welcomes New Canaan resident, Greg Smith, to the KEYS Board of Directors.

Greg Smith has worked in the total rewards field for nearly 25 years, as an executive compensation consultant at Mercer's San Francisco office between 1998 - 2005, and for the last eighteen years at PepsiCo. Greg's experience at PepsiCo has included several roles across compensation & benefits, including several years leading rewards across PepsiCo's Asia, Middle East & Africa operations based in Dubai. Greg is currently Vice President, Global Benefits at PepsiCo. He holds a B.A, in history from Brown University, a M.A. in history from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan. Greg loves outdoor activities, including bicycling, competitive swimming and hiking, he is an avid reader, and he and his family love to travel. Greg is also on the board at Green Chimney's School, and he is an active volunteer at Feeding Westchester & the Fairfield County Food Bank.

KEYS has a unique in-school lesson program, providing free one- to-one music lessons to students during the school day, with programs operating in 21 schools across Bridgeport. KEYS also provides instruments for enrolled students. Our year-round music curriculum includes individual and small group lessons, workshops, a non-audition KEYS Orchestra, Concert Band, Jazz Band and Chorus, and summer programs.
