New Canaan Resident Named To University's Board Of Trustees
New Canaan resident Frank McGrail has been named to the Board of Trustees for Saint Peter's University.
NEW CANAAN, CT — New Canaan resident Frank McGrail was among six new members recently elected to the Board of Trustees at Saint Peter's University in New Jersey.
McGrail, a strategic partner and performance coach with Team Performance Group LLC, graduated from Saint Peter's in 1979 and has enjoyed a career on Wall Street for more than 30 years, according to a news release provided by the university.
He has served the investment community as an investment banker and later, in management as regional director at companies such as UBS, Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management and Alex. Brown. He has run large wealth management businesses with his work focused on managing the relationships between advisory teams and their clients, according to the university.

McGrail is currently focused on coaching the industry’s largest advisory teams on practice management and advisor succession planning as a partner with Team Performance Group LLC.
He previously served on the university's Board of Trustees from 2009 to 2018, which included chairing the advancement committee and the second half of the Students at the Center capital campaign, as well as serving as board vice chair.

He has also served on the boards of HomeStart and the Institute for Contemporary Art Boston, according to the university.
All six new board members were elected for an initial term of three-years, effective July 1.
"The Saint Peter’s community is honored to welcome this diverse group of esteemed individuals to our Board of Trustees and believe they will bring a wealth of value to the university," Board of Trustees chair Frank Fekete said in a news release. "While this class represents a variety of fields and areas of expertise, all of the members are experienced in Jesuit education as alumni or educators and we believe they will bring a unique passion for our mission at Saint Peter's."
