New Canaan Schools Make Decision On Monday Schedule
Heavy overnight snow is expected to hit the state.
NEW CANAAN, CT — New Canaan Public Schools officials have canceled school for Monday, March 4, due to the inclement weather that will sweep through Connecticut overnight.
"The New Canaan Public Schools are closed on Monday, March 4, 2019, due to the overnight storm," officials stated.
Additionally, St. Luke's School in New Canaan and New Canaan Country School also will be closed Monday.

"Due to extent of storm, St. Luke's will be closed tomorrow, Monday, March 4," officials said. "For Upper School students: Science and English exams on Tuesday, Reading Day on Wednesday, Math and History exams on Thursday, regular classes on Friday. Tuesday’s Science exams begin 8am for extended time (Seldin Center), and 8:30am for all others MS Gym)."
"Due to the snow, school will be closed tomorrow, Monday, March 4, 2019," stated New Canaan Country School officials Sunday evening. "As of now, the 8th & 9th grade Freedom from Chemical Depency meeting scheduled for tomorrow evening is still on as scheduled."
