New Canaan Selectmen Seek Updated Garage Design

The project plan calls for building to start by the end of next year.

The Board of Selectmen voted to ask for conceptual drawings from a design firm for the proposed tiered parking deck on Locus Avenue.

The plan is for the project to start by the end of 2016, according to New Canaan News.

The current design contract is three years old and needs an update to get a last rough estimate for the project, said First Selectman Rob Mallozzi. The board voted to give the design firm $5,000 for the updated plans.
