New Canaan Teen Arrested for DWI
The teen was allegedly going more than 60 mph in a 40 mph zone.
A New Canaan 18-year-old was charged with driving while intoxciated and speeding after a motor vehicle stop.
An officer pulled over a vehicle traveling more than 60 mph in a 40 mph zone on Smith Ridge Road near Country Club Road on June 27 around 1:30 a.m., police said.
The driver, identified as Saitta Teagan, 18, of Bridle Path Lane failed field sobriety tests and was charged with DWI and speeding over 60 mph in a 40 mph zone.
