NEW CANAAN, CT — The New Canaan town website has been refreshed for more efficient navigation, according to town officials.
The website's homepage now features videos of town meetings, more news stories and an easier-to-use calendar of meetings, according to a news release provided by the town.
"All of the enhancements were made to provide a more comprehensive picture of the Town government’s operations and services for residents, businesses and visitors to New Canaan, and to enrich the user interaction with the website," First Selectman Kevin Moynihan said in a news release.

The most popular features of the town website have been retained, including online transactions for tax payments, dog licenses and transfer station permits, signing up for emergency notifications, road construction and paving bulletins and alerts about things such as athletic field closures, town officials said.
