New Canaan Woman Seeks Damages After Slipping at Icy Train Station
The woman slipped in February and fractured her hip.
NEW CANAAN, CT- A local woman is seeking damages from the town after she slipped and fell on an icy platform at the New Canaan train station.
The woman fell on Feb. 5 and fractured her hip, according to the New Canaanite. She also sustained other injuries.
The notice filled with the town doesn't specify how much money the woman is seeking.
