New Homes to Be Built in New Canaan, Permits Issued
The construction will be on Oenoke Ridge Road and Fairty Drive.
Permits for new construction in New Canaan were recently issued by the town.
An article on NewCanaanite.com reported that the go-ahead was given for building a 7,820-square-foot home on Oenoke Ridge Road.
The new home will have six bedrooms, four fireplaces and an elevator, the article said.

A permit was issued by building officials for new construction on Fairty Drive, replacing a ranch-style home demolished earlier this summer.
