Owner of Dog Who Attacked New Canaan Woman Appealing Restraining Order
The Darien man said the order, which mandates the dog be muzzled when off-property, is excessive.
The owner of a German Shepherd who attacked a New Canaan woman last year is appealing a restraining order.
The attack happened last June and left a woman with a three-inch tear in her arm, according to the New Canaanite.
Since then the dog has been ordered muzzled whenever it’s off-property, isn’t allowed out of state and has to stay away from humans along with other conditions.
