Partner Responds on Merritt Village Concerns
Partners on the project are willing to meet with concerned residents.

NEW CANAAN, CT—Merritt Village Residences partner Arnold Karp said he and Paul Stone at Karp Associates are willing to meet one-on-one with residents who have concerns about the 123-unit proposal.
The village would replace 38 existing apartments with 63 apartments and 60 condominiums, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
Another Planing and Zoning meeting is planned for Aug. 30 at 7 p.m.
