A New Canaan woman allegedly lifted her dress to flash youths and also bit a 15-year-old girl on the hand before being arrested by police.
She also allegedly kicked a hole in the wall at New Canaan Police headquarters, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
Sarah Presson of Forest Street was arrested and charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, risky of injury to a minor/impairing morals of a minor and other criminal charges.
