Police Rescue Injured Hawk Found In New Canaan Parking Lot
Police recently rescued an injured hawk that was found in a parking lot in New Canaan.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Police rescued an injured hawk found in a parking lot in New Canaan this week.
In a Facebook post, police said they received a report of an injured hawk in the parking lot of New Canaan Cleaners, located on Elm Street, around 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
Officers responded to the parking lot and picked up the hawk to transport it to the New Canaan Police Department, where an animal rescue organization would later pick it up.
