Metro-North Railroad will begin an upgrade of the Talmadge Hill Road railroad/highway at-grade crossing on the railroad’s New Canaan Branch this weekend.

The upgrading includes the replacement of the existing crossing surface and installation of underground duct banks and will mean a complete road closure of Talmadge Hill Road at the railroad crossing that will last for seven days.
