Reports: NBC Finds More Evidence of Brian Williams Exaggerating Stories
The anchorman who lives in New Canaan is serving a six-month suspension for embellishing a news report.

The NBC in-house investigators who are reviewing Brian Williams’ past news reports reportedly have documented at least 10 instances of exaggerations and embellishments by the NBC anchorman who lives in New Canaan.
While the investigation continues, Williams is serving a six-month suspension without pay.
It all started when Williams announced in February that he would step aside from his ‘NBC Nightly News’ chair duties amid mounting questions about the accuracy of a report he broadcast about an Iraq War mission in 2003.

CNN quoted an unnamed source and the Washington Post reported on Saturday that investigators have found the additional instances of suspected exaggerated reporting.
NBC reportedly did not comment on the news reports.
