Roger Sherman Inn Being Sold: Report
The plan is to preserve the old house and build new housing on the land lot.
New Canaan, CT — Builder Andy Glazer is set to purchase the Roger Sherman Inn for slightly below $5 million.
The plan is to build eight houses on the 1.8-acre lot, according to the New Canaan Advertiser. The plan would have to be approved by Planning and Zoning.
The old house which dates back to the 1700s will be preserved.
