Roger Sherman Inn Owners Object to Developer Court Action
A developer appealed a Planning and Zoning decision, but the owners of the property object to it.
NEW CANAAN, CT — The owners of the Roger Sherman Inn objected to developer Andy Glazer's court filing for an appeal of a Planning and Zoning decision.
Owners Nes Jaffre and Joseph Jaffre said their contract for Glazer to purchase the property expired in February and they are now focused on rebuilding the inn and restaurant business, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
Legal questions have been asked about whether Glazer has any standing since he isn't the property owner.
