Rowayton's residential real estate results were mixed at mid-year compared with the same period in 2013.
Results reported today by the Darien MLS included:
-- Average sale price up 6.6 percent to $1,269,450;
-- Sales volume off 9.8 percent, and
-- Sales declined 15.4 percent from 39 units sold last year to 33 in 2014.
