St. Luke’s Students Featured in Wilton Photo Exhibit

Five St. Luke's students' photos will be part of the Focus '18 exhibit March 3-29

Five St. Luke’s Art students are featured in the Wilton Arts Council’s Focus ‘18 Photo Exhibit at the Wilton Library. Emma Duryea '18 (Greenwich), Bridget Dalton '18 (Pound Ridge), Isabelle Stone '18 (Wilton), Brody Menzies '20 (Bedford Corners) and Anna Raleigh '20 (New Canaan) have their work displayed with many other photographers from throughout the New York and Connecticut area.

St. Luke’s Instructor of Photography, Digital Imaging and A.P. 2D Design Jeorge Yankura shared, “It is an intimidating task for students to enter a show where they will see their work alongside that of professional photographers and other students, but also incredibly satisfying to see their work be able to hold its own amongst the crowd and speak volumes about each’s artistic vision.” She continued, “The St. Luke’s Art Department is incredibly proud of these students for their hard work, courageous participation in the exhibition, and their inspirational artwork.”

The Wilton Arts Council Focus ‘18 Photo Exhibit will be on display at the Wilton Library (137 Old Ridgefield Road) March 3-29, with a reception (open to the public) on Friday, March 9 from 6:00-7:30pm.
