State Draft Decision Approved for Controversial New Canaan Land Sale
Land will be sold by Aquarion to developers if the sale gets final approval.

New Canaan, CT- The Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority released a non-binding decision that could allow for the Aquarion water company to sell untouched land to developers.

The decision is expected to be made final Wednesday, according to the New Canaanite.
