Traffic Study Being Done in Advance of Locust Ave Park Deck Construction

NEW CANAAN, CT- Officials appropriated $13,650 to pay for a traffic study before the Locust Avenue parking deck construction begins.

The parking project would add 89 overall spaces to the lot, according to the New Canaanite.

The study will take a look at traffic patterns during June, a traditionally busy month in town.

The traffic study done 2005-2006 was during a time of year that was less busy for the town.
