Truck Pulls Down Utility Wires at New Canaan Auto Body
Cross Street was temporarily closed to traffic on Thursday.

Overhead utility wires were pulled down by a tractor trailer late Thursday morning outside of New Canaan Auto Body on Cross Street.
New Canaan Police temporarily closed the road, and an Eversource crew shut power off to the live wires shortly after noon, according to The New Canaan Advertiser.
There weren’t any immediate reports of power outages, according to the Eversource outage map.
