Two Hartford Residents Arrested for New Canaan Burglaries

The arrests stem from incidents that occurred in July.

Two people from Hartford were arrested after they were allegedly found to be involved in an identity theft conspiracy.

Anthony Harris, 29, was arrested Nov. 4 after being taken into custody by Hartford Police. He was charged with three counts of third-degree identity theft and four counts of illegal use of a credit card.

The charges stem from two separate warrants. One warrant is related to a South Bald Hill Road burglary and another for a larceny on Sturbridge Hill Road, according to police. Both incidents occurred in late July.

Dana Vincent was picked up by Bloomfield Police and held on an active New Canaan warrant. She was charged with three counts of third-degree identity theft, three counts of conspiracy for the same and conspiracy to commit credit card theft. The arrest was related to the South Bald Hill Road incident.

She has previously been arrested by New Canaan Police.
