Vitti Street Apartment Building Approved
A nearby commercial building was also approved.

NEW CANAAN, CT—The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a plan to construct a 3.5-story apartment building on Vitti Street along with a two-story commercial building.
The plan calls for one parking spot for residents and one visitor space per unit, according to the New Canaan Advertiser.
Normally the commercial building would need 74 parking spaces, but a new rule allows for an up to 40 percent reduction if space is shared. The space will likely be used or medical and therapy.
