Waveny LifeCare Network In New Canaan Appoints New Board Of Directors Chairman
Waveny LifeCare Network has appointed K. Rone Baldwin as chairman of the Board of Directors for 2024-2025.

NEW CANAAN, CT — Waveny LifeCare Network recently announced the appointment of K. Rone Baldwin as chairman of the Board of Directors for 2024-2025.
According to a news release provided by Waveny LifeCare Network, Baldwin has been an active member of the board since Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County joined the network in 2021.

Baldwin joins newly elected Executive Board members Marian Curtis Blair as co-vice chair, Mary Franco as co-vice chair, Nancy Perez as secretary and David Hunt as treasurer.
"Waveny has an outstanding leadership team, a stellar management organization and dedicated and hardworking staff and I look forward to working with them over the next two years," Baldwin said in a news release. "We have much to celebrate this year, including Waveny's 50th anniversary, and I look forward to working together on new, progressive projects that will propel Waveny into its next half-century and beyond."

Baldwin is a retired business executive who has spent over 30 years leading large insurance businesses across a range of enterprises. He was most recently CEO of One Call Care Management, the largest provider of ancillary services to the workers compensation industry, according to Waveny.
Baldwin has a bachelor of arts degree in physics from Amherst College and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School. He and his wife, Carol, have lived in Weston for over 25 years.
