Woman Drove Intoxicated with 3-Year-Old in Car: New Canaan PD
The woman was charged with risk of injury to a minor.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Officers arrested a woman who was driving around intoxicated with her 3-year-old son, police said.
Police pulled over Jessica Rodriguez, 34, of Stamford on March 15 around 9:44 p.m. after an officer noticed a defective plate light.
She displayed signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests, police said. Her BAC was .11.

She was charged with DUI, risk of injury to a minor and failure to illuminate rear marker plate. She was released on a $10,000 bond.
