A woman filed a notice to sue New Canaan after she fell on a sidewalk near the Elm Street Dunkin Donuts.
The New Canaanite reports that the woman fell on Jan. 12, according to the intent notice.
Her lawyer called the sidewalk dangerous and unsafe and that it was improperly repaired, maintained and cleared of snow.
