March 6, 2017 –The Young Women’s League of New Canaan (YWL) will host The 45th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 24, 2018 with activities beginning at 9:00am at Waveny Park.
The Easter Bunny’s arrival kicks off the festivities, which include family entertainment, bounce houses, glitter tattoos, and the return of Easter crafts! The Easter Bunny will be available for pictures with children courtesy of Christina Saburro Photography. The hunt will start at 10:15 with children collecting over 10,000 eggs and searching for the coveted golden eggs containing gift certificates redeemable at New Canaan Toy Store.
YWL President Maia Sapanski said, “The League is honored to continue this wonderful town tradition for the 45th year and are grateful to our sponsors for their continued support.”

Delicious and creative spring sweets from the YWL membership and friends will be available at the bake sale. All proceeds from the event will benefit the YWL Giving Fund to support this year’s giving theme of “Strong Women, Strong Communities.”

In the event of inclement weather, the Egg Hunt will take place on the same day and time at New Canaan High School.
